Lubbock has 4 pool companies listed here, and the websites of two of them confirm that they build new pools: Blue Tropical Pools and Malibu Pools. The other two mostly clean, repair or service pools, or their websites did not say what they build. Before you call, decide whether the pool is for a home or for a commercial property, because the list splits on that.
Start your shortlist with the gunite builders. Blue Tropical Pools builds 3D designs, and lists gunite pools and spas.
For an HOA, apartment or business pool, the shortlist is shorter. Malibu Pools takes commercial work, according to its website. If you already have a pool and want it remodeled or resurfaced, Malibu Pools lists that work.

Think about financing and warranty while you compare. Malibu Pools offers financing, with lenders such as Lyon Financial named on their websites. Malibu Pools attaches warranties, so ask each one what the warranty covers: structure, finish, equipment and workmanship. Malibu Pools also remodels and resurfaces, so it can look after the pool after it is built.
Look at the track records next. Blue Tropical Pools is rated 4.8 from 26 and Malibu Pools 5.0 from 5.
Two companies on the page did not say on their websites whether they build: Destiny Pools and Classic Pools Lubbock, Inc.. Call and ask before you add them to your shortlist.
